McIlroy watched on in horror as his team were subjected to a humiliating 6-0 defeat at the Daggers on Sunday, ensuring the tie is effectively over at the halfway stage.
Daggers striker Josh Scott scored four goals and Paul Benson notched a brace to leave Morecambe needing a miracle in their last-ever match at Christie Park.

McIlroy could hand fit-again striker Phil Jevons a starting role after he returned from injury as a substitute on Sunday but midfielder Craig Stanley remains a doubt with a hamstring strain.

The Shrimps move into a new stadium next season and McIlroy said: "All we can do is play for pride.''

Dagenham and Redbridge manager John Still could leave out midfielder Peter Gain for the clash.

Gain has played a key role for the Daggers this season but is currently on 14 bookings and may be rested for the redundant game to ensure that he is available for the final at Wembley.

Darren Currie is likely to be given a start as the Daggers look to build on their sensational win on Sunday.

Defender Scott Doe came off in the first leg but only had cramp and is available while all eyes will be on the front two.
